About Us

Introduction

Since childhood, Jaskirat Singh had a deep desire to help those in need. Every Saturday and Sunday, he and his family would serve meals to the homeless near Ambala Cantt Railway Station, where countless destitute individuals struggled for survival.

One fateful day, Jaskirat Veerji encountered a man whose both hands were amputated. His family had abandoned him, leaving him to fend for himself. When Jaskirat offered him food, the man, unable to eat with his hands, bent down and ate like an animal. Witnessing this heartbreaking sight, Jaskirat Veerji fed him with his own hands. This moment deeply moved him, and he made a life-changing decision—to build a home where no one would suffer or cry in helplessness.

In 2018, Jaskirat applied for a work-from-home job in IT, allowing him the flexibility to manage his professional career while also dedicating himself to humanitarian work. That same year, he transformed his own farmhouse into a shelter home, providing a safe haven for the homeless, abandoned, and mentally distressed individuals.

Throughout this journey, his mother, Balwinder Kaur, stood by him as his greatest pillar of strength. She not only encouraged his vision but also actively participated in caring for the residents, treating them as her own family. Her unwavering support and nurturing heart played a crucial role in shaping Ni Aasre Da Aasra into the compassionate home it is today.

With God’s grace, today Ni Aasre Da Aasra has become a reliable sanctuary for those in need. Over 48 police stations and multiple hospitals regularly send helpless individuals to our ambulance service, ensuring that no one is left to suffer on the streets.

Vision

We envision a society where no human being is left to suffer alone in hospitals, on roadsides, or in neglected corners of society. A world where the homeless, abandoned, mentally ill, and physically disabled are not ignored but provided with care, dignity, and a second chance at life.

Our goal is to create a network of free rehabilitation and care centers near hospitals, temples, gurudwaras, and mosques, ensuring that those who are often left untreated, forgotten, or neglected in hospital corridors and roadside shelters receive proper care, rehabilitation, and the love of a family.

We dream of a future where:
No one is left to die in hospital waiting areas due to lack of care.
No mentally ill or physically disabled person struggles alone on the streets.
Every abandoned soul finds a safe place to heal, recover, and rebuild their life.

By bridging spirituality with humanitarian service, we strive to build a world where compassion, dignity, and responsibility replace neglect and abandonment.

Mission

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and reintegrate the most neglected and suffering individuals—those who are often found abandoned in hospitals, dying on roadsides, or left untreated due to mental or physical disabilities.

We strive to:

Provide shelter, food, and medical care to the homeless and abandoned.
Rescue neglected individuals from hospital corridors, roadsides, and isolated places.
Treat mentally ill and physically disabled individuals with dignity and proper healthcare.
Rehabilitate those suffering from addiction and emotional trauma through counseling and therapy.
Reconnect lost and abandoned individuals with their families whenever possible.
Raise awareness and urge communities to take social responsibility for the helpless and needy.

By collaborating with hospitals, police, volunteers, and donors, we aim to create a system where no person is left to suffer alone. Our ultimate goal is to transform lives, restore dignity, and ensure that every human being receives the care and respect they deserve.

???? Join us in this noble cause. Together, we can create a world where no one is forgotten.
