Chhotu, around 18 years old, was found roaming naked on the streets of Shahbad one cold December day. Unable to speak and abandoned, he was given clothes and food by the Helping Hand team, but had no place to go. They brought him to Ni Aasre Da Aasra, where he now lives with care, dignity, and warmth.
