Ni Aasre Da Aasra Society, Mustafabad, is a registered NGO that actively rescues, shelters, and rehabilitates the most vulnerable people — the homeless, destitute, mentally ill, and abandoned — from across Haryana and neighbouring states, giving them free medical care, food, shelter, and a path back to dignity.

Can our company legally route CSR funds to Ni Aasre Da Aasra?
Yes. We are registered under the Societies Registration Act with valid 80G, 12A, and CSR-1 (MCA) registrations. Your company can legally direct CSR funds to us under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013. All documents required for your annual CSR report will be provided promptly.
What documents will we receive after the contribution?
You will receive: (1) Official donation receipt on letterhead, (2) 80G tax exemption certificate, (3) Schedule VII compliance letter, (4) Fund utilisation report with photographs, (5) Project impact report. All documents are provided within 15 working days of fund receipt.
Can we visit the shelter before committing funds?
Absolutely — we strongly encourage it. Ni Aasre Da Aasra is located at Village Magharpur, Mustafabad, Yamunanagar, Haryana. We welcome CSR teams, CFOs, and leadership for guided facility visits. Call us at +91 98573 66381 to schedule a visit.
How often will we receive impact reports?
Quarterly impact reports with photographs, beneficiary counts, and fund utilisation breakdowns are provided as standard. Gold-level partners receive monthly updates and a dedicated project dashboard. All reports are ready for board presentations and annual CSR filings.
Can we fund a specific project and have it named after our company?
Yes. Partners funding ₹5 Lakhs or above receive project naming rights and co-branded signage. For example, a company funding the Women Shelter Block can have the building or hall named in their honour, with a permanent plaque and acknowledgement across all our communications.
What is the minimum amount for CSR partnership?
Our partnership begins at ₹1 Lakh — enough to train 33 beneficiaries in our Skill Program or fund a full year of medical care for 16 residents. All contributions receive complete documentation and an 80G certificate. We are open to discussing any amount.
Does this work align with Companies Act Schedule VII?
Yes. Our activities — healthcare, livelihood, shelter for destitute individuals, and women empowerment — directly meet Schedule VII CSR eligibility categories. We provide a formal Schedule VII compliance letter with every partnership agreement.
